Join a school staff and community that is preserving & developing Catholic culture for the next generation.Holy Family Academy in Manassas, VA is hiring a full-time School Secretary & Office Manager to start August 17, 2026.
Applicants should be committed Catholic education and serving families. The position includes assisting the Headmaster in all operational aspects of a school of 240 students like communications, working with parents, online and paper records, event planning and coordination, office management, overseeing volunteers, assisting with admissions and fundraising and light bookkeeping. The right candidate should be comfortable with technology and online platforms like Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. We are willing to train the right candidate. The 10 month salary is commensurate with experience.
Holy Family Academy offers a rewarding work experience as well as a supportive professional community of teachers, staff and volunteers. The school is blessed with a unified parent community. Salaries are commensurate with experience. We observe the major feast days.

Holy Family Academy is an independent Catholic classical school founded in 1993 serving grades K to 12 with approx 240 students in Manassas, Virginia.Our mission is to serve families by providing Catholic education that is faithful to the Magisterium of the Church through a classical curriculum in a thoroughly Catholic environment.
