Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant located in San Rafael, CA. This role involves interacting with visitors, Sisters and staff to provide excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing general administrative support as needed. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, receptionist duties, maintaining records, calendaring and performing various clerical tasks. Front Desk position is at a larger private residence that cares for our retired Sisters - both independent and those needing care with daily living.Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a faith-based organization
3+ years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles
Tact, courtesy interacting visitors
Patience and skill interacting with residents with various cognitive challenges (Dementia, Alzheimer's, etc)
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
