Product Manager

Product Manager to help us bring impactful software solutions to Catholic organizations nationwide.

Job Description:
-Manage projects from start to finish on time and on budget.
-Oversee all new diocese & parish launches and ensure a high level of customer service and support.
-Working with process management software, such as Monday.com and Jira, to ensure all launches are on time.
-Onboard new clients with care and clarity, ensuring a smooth start to every partnership.
-Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and valued.
-Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and large-scale clients.
-Interaction with developers to develop the product roadmap and conduct testing.
-Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
-Identify areas for growth and improvement in the client and user experience.

Bonus Points For:
-Prior software support, client support, or technology-related employment.
-Prior project management experience or similar.
-Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or similar software.
-Experience working in a Catholic ministry role.
