Librarian

Job Description

Saint John Paul is seeking a librarian for the 2026-27 school year. Duties include working with the faculty and students to provide reference and user services and provide teachers with resources that support their curriculum. Candidates should have a degree in Library Sciences and knowledge of Computer operations in libraries, including Library Automation, cataloging systems, and reference databases. They should possess a working knowledge of current online journals and publications. Candidates should also feel comfortable leading large group student training sessions on research databases and MLA formatting. This is a 10 month position.
