Building relationships with pastors, pastoral staff, and young adult ministry leaders by providing resources to develop outreach efforts that accompany young adults in their spiritual growth and human formation.

Offering specific guidance, formational opportunities, mentoring, and consultation services to parishes (through pastors, pastoral staff, and young adult leaders) across the Archdiocese in their understanding of the accompaniment of young adults.

Assisting with Archdiocesan programs and initiatives for training and formation, such as the Young Adult Missionary Discipleship Initiative (YAMDI), and collaborating with parish and ministry leaders across the Archdiocese.

Providing annual check-ins and formation to key young adult leaders.

Building connections and relationships with young adult ministry leaders, college campus ministries, and missionary groups across the Archdiocese.

Interfacing with other Archdiocesan offices, Strategy Office, Missionary Hubs and others for outreach to young adults across the Archdiocese and in consultation with the Director.

Developing and managing the office webpage, newsletter, and social media (Instagram, Facebook)

Ensuring routine and miscellaneous administrative tasks are accomplished.
