Position Overview

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, families, and faculty.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Support the administration and supervision of standardized testing programs.
• Identify student strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
• Provide academic planning support, and help students develop accountability, organization, and time-management skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to support student achievement and social-emotional development.
• Organize and present evening college information workshops, including large group presentations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with high school students is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of college admissions processes and trends is a plus.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
