Job Description
The Director of Faith Formation & Sacramental Preparation is the agent of the Rector at St. Thomas More and the Bishop of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee who will lead the vision, development, coordination, and oversight of all parish faith formation programs and processes for children, youth, and adults (current and new). This role ensures that all catechetical programming and sacramental preparation align with the teachings of the Catholic Church, Diocesan guidelines, and proper record-keeping. The salary range for this full-time position is $45k to $54k, commensurate with experience & ability. Benefits include health, dental, vision and a 401(k) retirement plan.
