We are a joyful, mission-driven PreK-8 Catholic school serving families from the Beach Catholic community - St. Ignatius Martyr, St. Mary of the Isle, and Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal parishes. THE ROLE
As Principal, you will serve as the spiritual and instructional leader of the school, working hand-in-hand with the Pastor and parish leadership. This is not simply a job - it is a sacred mission. You will cultivate a deeply Catholic culture where faith permeates every aspect of school life, while guiding our classical curriculum, academic standards, and daily operations with vision, joy, and excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Foster a vibrant Catholic culture centered on prayer, liturgy, and the sacraments
• Lead the continued development and implementation of our classical Catholic curriculum and formation program
• Inspire and mentor faculty and staff in both professional growth and spiritual leadership
• Champion academic excellence and joyful Christian discipline rooted in virtue
• Partner with parents as primary educators and strengthen enrollment through compelling witness and community engagement
• Represent the school with confidence in marketing, media, and public relations
• Oversee daily operations in close collaboration with parish leadership

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Faithful and Practicing Roman Catholic
• Fully aligned with the teachings of the Church in both belief and practice
• Active in the sacramental life of the Church
• Possesses a strong personal prayer life and sees Catholic education as a true vocation

EDUCATION & FORMATION
• Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field
• Strong formation in Catholic educational philosophy (Scripture, Tradition, and Magisterium)
• Familiarity with or experience in classical Catholic education is highly desired
• Theology, catechetical, or business training is a plus

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic school
• Prior leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and build culture with clarity and charity
