Holy Trinity Catholic Church - Now Hiring: Director of Adult Faith Formation
Lead Adults to Pray, Study, and Serve - and Grow in Christ Together

Are you passionate about accompanying others on their faith journey? Do you have a heart for ministry and a head for leadership? Holy Trinity Catholic Church is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled Director of Adult Faith Formation to inspire, equip, and guide our adult community in lifelong faith development.

As a key member of our vibrant Faith Formation team, you will:

Lead programs such as OCIA, Marriage and Baptism Preparation, Bible Studies, and Christ Renews His Parish Retreats

Form and support volunteer ministry teams

Create opportunities for adults to deepen their relationship with Christ and His Church

Who You Are:

A committed Catholic with a degree in Theology, Catechesis, or a related field

A confident communicator and thoughtful listener

Tech-savvy and relationally gifted

Energetic, organized, and ready to lead with love

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting spiritual impact in a growing, mission-driven parish. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential-along with a heart for ministry!
