JOB TITLE: High School Youth Ministry Coordinator
HOURS: 5 hours/week, average - hours vary by liturgical season/event

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and execute Youth Ministry program for teens in grades 9-12
• Plan and run teen Bible studies
• Plan and run teen "Pizza & Prayer" event once a month
• Orchestrate XLT Prayer and Worship Nights, including providing music
• Manage and coordinate CORE Team volunteers, including CORE Team meetings - once per month and as necessary before events
• Submit bulletin announcements, social media and website content, Mass announcements as necessary to promote All Saints' Youth Ministry activities
• Maintain regular communications with teens, families, and volunteers through Flocknote
• Help to organize and be in attendance at teen retreats, service and social events

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Catholic in good standing, practicing and faithful to the Sacraments, with a love of the Catholic Faith and a desire to contribute to the mission of the Church
• Music Ministry skills: guitar and vocals preferred
• Strong desire to bring teens closer to Christ
• Unwavering commitment to ensure a safe environment
• Trained in VIRTUS: Protecting God's Children or willingness to be trained
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills
• Solidly competent with all Office 365 programs
• Strong service orientation
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
