Job Description

About us:
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, Blessed Sacrament Parish is a thriving Roman Catholic community made up of over 1,600 families. With a deep reverence for the Holy Eucharist and a clear mission to Facilitate an Encounter with Christ, our parish strives to be a spiritual home where faith is nurtured, disciples are formed, and lives are transformed by the Gospel.

At the heart of parish life are our three anchors: Reverent Worship, Formation and Discipleship, and Christ-Centered Community. These guide our ministries and shape our identity as a people rooted in prayer, committed to growth, and united in love. Whether gathered around the Altar, engaged in faith formation, or serving side-by-side, we seek to encounter Jesus in one another and in the sacramental life of the Church.

Our mission is lived out through core values that define our community:
• Sacrificial - We place the needs of the mission above our own, imitating Christ's self-giving love.
• Openness - We cultivate a humble and teachable spirit, always ready to grow, change, and learn.
• Invested - We are deeply committed, offering our time, effort, and resources generously for the sake of the Gospel.
• Loving - We strive to be a people of compassion, kindness, and authentic care for others, both within and beyond our parish family.
