Job Description

Hope in Northern Virginia, a life-affirming Christian nonprofit, is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead its operations and advance its mission of providing compassionate care to women facing unplanned pregnancies. Hope operates both as a donor-supported ministry and a licensed medical clinic, offering pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing, and material support through its clinic, Options Care Center.

The Executive Director will serve as the spiritual, strategic, and administrative leader of the organization. This role combines day-to-day oversight, staff leadership, donor engagement, and public representation of the ministry. Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and support a dedicated staff team.
• Oversee fundraising, donor stewardship, and communications.
• Manage finances, budgeting, and reporting with integrity and transparency.
• Support the Client Services Director and Nurse Manager in delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Represent Hope to the public, partner churches, and the broader community.

What We're Looking For
• A committed Christian with a deep pro-life conviction.
• Experience in nonprofit or ministry leadership (5+ years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfort with fundraising and donor relations.
• Experience with donor databases, digital and email communication tools, and standard office software is a plus.

Location: Falls Church, Virginia (in-person required)
Type: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Reports to: Board of Directors
