Job Description

St. Brendan Catholic School is seeking a caring and reliable Extended Care Aide to support our after school program. This part time position includes supervising students, creating a positive and safe environment, and assisting with daily activities.
Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00-5:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:00-5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Foster a welcoming, developmentally appropriate environment consistent with the school's Catholic values
Supervise students in grades PS-8
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive space for all participants
Lead and assist with games, crafts, and other activities
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
Collaborate with the Extended Care Director and school staff

Qualifications:

Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive, structured environment

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $18-$22, based on experience, education, and internal equity
This position is not benefits eligible
