Job Description

Little Flower Home Coordinator
The LFH Coordinator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of
programs and supportive services for guests of the Little Flower Home. This role is dedicated to
ensuring a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment that empowers pregnant women with
their newborn babies to achieve optimal health, pursue educational goals, develop financial
independence, and secure stable housing. The coordinator will foster partnerships, connect needs
with resources, and ensure both day-to-day excellence and adherence to Little Flower Home's
mission and values, which are rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Coordination
Develop and oversee holistic programs, both on-site and off-site, that support our guests' overall
well-being through initiatives in health, education, financial literacy, and sustainable housing.
Network with local and state agencies, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations to connect those
in need with available resources.
Guest Support & Case Management
Oversee and participate in phone screenings, intakes, and assessments of prospective guests,
ensuring the provision of spiritual and emotional support, including prayer when appropriate,
throughout the process.
Develop individualized plans with measurable goals for each mom.
Meet regularly with moms to evaluate progress, address challenges, and connect them with
needed services or programs.
Supervise
Recruit, train, and supervise additional host home families that participate in the program.
Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure the needs and coverage of volunteers are met.
Community Engagement and Advocacy
Represent LFH in the community, building awareness and advocating for guests' needs.
Document success stories, program highlights, data, and outcomes that can be used for
newsletters and fundraising.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned by the board liaison.

Qualifications: Required
Must be a practicing Catholic.
Minimum 3 years' experience in social services, case management, or pastoral ministry.
Experience working with vulnerable, diverse, and underserved populations.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Empathetic, resilient, mission-driven leader with a commitment to serving women and families in
crisis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or
unexpected needs.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree (social work, psychology, human services, theology, pastoral ministry, or related
field; equivalent life/work experience considered).
Bilingual in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing). Highly preferred.
Compensation
Salary based on education and experience. A live-in option is available.
Classification: Full-time salaried, may require some weekends
This position reports directly to the board liaison.
