What You'll Do
Insurance Division Lead - Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of canvassers focused on storm-related and insurance-driven roofing opportunities
• Train canvassers on effective door-to-door strategies, homeowner communication, lead qualification, and brand representation
• Establish and track performance expectations, and metrics or canvassing staff
• Manage day-to-day operations of the canvassing team, including scheduling, territory assignments, and route optimization
• Coach, mentor, and motivate canvassers through ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing performance feedback
• Track key performance metrics such as doors knocked, leads generated, inspections set, and conversions to signed contracts
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives, project managers, and estimators to ensure smooth handoff of leads and inspections
• Oversee storm response efforts, including rapid canvassing deployment in affected areas
• Develop incentive structures, contests, and career progression paths to retain top-performing canvassers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local solicitation regulations, and ethical sales practices
• Act as a leader and culture-builder, fostering accountability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
• Share in the success of the canvassing team through performance-based compensation tied directly to team production and results

Compensation
$100,000 Salary + Commission
