The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Major Gift Officer. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Major Gift Officer will report to the Director of Development for Strategic Initiatives and will have responsibility over the area of managing donor portfolios, developing gift strategies, and tracking performance metrics, ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Major Gift Officer is responsible for assisting the Director of Development for Strategic Initiatives in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies that enhance philanthropic giving, inspire high-level giving, and sustain long-term donor investment in the University.
