Director of Enrollment ManagementAquinas Institute of Theology - St. Louis, MO
Position Summary
The Director of Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership for institutional enrollment growth, integrating recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and student lifecycle management. This role builds data-driven systems that improve conversion, yield, retention, and net tuition revenue.
Reports to: Vice President/Academic Dean
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment management strategy
• Establish annual enrollment targets and performance benchmarks
• Use data analytics to forecast enrollment and improve yield
• Align financial aid strategy with revenue and access goals
• Oversee admissions and student affairs staff
• Partner with Marketing to implement performance-based recruitment campaigns
• Present enrollment performance reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
• Master's degree required
• 5+ years progressive enrollment management leadership experience
• Demonstrated success with enrollment growth and yield improvement
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• Supervisory experience required
