Job Description

Part-time Program Coordinator (Benefits-Eligible)
Our Lady of the Prairie Retreat - Wheatland, Iowa

The Congregation of the Humility of Mary seeks a part-time Program Coordinator to support retreat programming and spiritual hospitality at Our Lady of the Prairie Retreat.

The Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the Retreat Director to:

• Coordinate and promote retreat programs and sponsored events
• Assist with communication, marketing, and social media
• Support retreat scheduling and program development
• Serve as liaison between guests, facilitators, and staff
• Uphold the Catholic mission and spiritual nature of the retreat center
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Awareness of event coordination, hospitality, ministry, or nonprofit settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and guests
• Understanding of Catholic values and spiritual traditions
• Flexible schedule and computer proficiency required
