Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Frassati Classical Catholic High School is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the school and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for students, families, visitors, and staff. Reporting to the Headmaster, this position is responsible for managing front office activities, answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, assisting parents with questions, and providing administrative support for school projects and ongoing operations. The Administrative Assistant may also provide backup assistance to the school nurse as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with the public, and an appreciation for the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church. Practicing Catholics are encouraged to apply. Employment is contingent upon completion of Protecting God's Children training and ongoing VIRTUS compliance.
