Candidates must have a sincere desire to serve the Church by promoting priestly and religious vocations. This is not simply a management role; it is ministry through professional excellence.

What You Will Do:
You will be helping Vocation Offices in their mission to increase their number of seminarians. Working within our team, you will take ownership of Seminarian Funding Appeals and Called by Name campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and wide participation.

Core Responsibilities:
• Project Management for 15+ campaigns annually
• Collaborate with clients (Vocation Directors and diocesan teams) to plan and run campaigns from conception to completion
• Write compelling copy for letters, emails, and other communication pieces
• Coordinate communications with a team of graphic designers and web experts.
• Manage campaign web pages
• Design and deploy email and SMS campaigns
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
• Track performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns
• Manage data for tracking and reporting
• Contribute creative ideas for increasing participation and engagement

Preferred Qualifications:
Top candidates will demonstrate many of the following:
• Proven experience promoting events or campaigns
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Digital marketing experience (email, web, social, SMS)
• Project management experience across multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Understanding of the Catholic Church and vocation ministry
• Strong professional references

Preferred: On-site at our home office in beautiful Tallahassee, Florida
Remote work considered for exceptional candidates

Compensation & Start Date:
Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for rapid advancement and increased compensation based on performance.
Start date is flexible: April-May 2026
