Donor Experience Coordinator

Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Experience Coordinator will engage donors through regular phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and attendance at networking events. They will work closely with the fundraising team to support the organization's mission and goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and Advance Mid-Level Donor Portfolio: Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects, while actively stewarding relationships.
- Prospect & Pipeline Development: Regularly review and manage the donor pipeline to identify emerging opportunities.
- Stewardship & Data Management: Ensure consistent donor quality care.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
- Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Position Details:
- Salary: $50,000 annually
- Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:55 am - 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
