Guidance Counselor

Job Description

St. Paul Catholic School is accepting resumes for a Guidance Counselor for the 26-27 school year. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative professional who is dedicated to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students within a faith-filled environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with faculty and administration to develop and implement guidance programs that support student success. Responsibilities include providing individual and small-group counseling, assisting students in areas of academic achievement and personal or social development, and helping foster a school environment that reflects the values of Catholic education.
Applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to the philosophy and mission of Catholic education.

Candidates must successfully complete a level two background check. All employment at all Catholic Schools within the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee require a screening through the Clearinghouse.
