Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Leave Replacement)

Duration: Minimum one month
Compensation: $1,500 per week

Position Overview
Academy of the Holy Angels is seeking a qualified and dedicated Math teacher to serve as a leave replacement for a minimum of one month, beginning October 7, 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching five math classes, including one Middle School section and four High School sections.
Courses May Include:
Algebra
Geometry
Calculus (AB) AP

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, student-centered math instruction across assigned classes.
Maintain lesson continuity and instructional quality during the leave period.
Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, homework, and assessments.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Use Learning Management System to post and collect assignments.
Uphold the values and mission of the Academy of the Holy Angels.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field (Master's preferred).
Prior teaching experience at the middle and/or high school level required.
Strong content knowledge in Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus (AB) AP
Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
New Jersey teacher certification preferred.
