All Saints Catholic School Maintenance Position Job Description

The overall scope of this position is to maintain the buildings and grounds of the school to provide a safe and functional learning environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform quarterly inspections of facilities and playground equipment
• Minor repairs to facilities, equipment and furniture
• Selection, scheduling and supervision of contractors
o Electrical
o HVAC
o Roofing
o Plumbing
o Pest control
o Cleaning crew
o Misc contractors
• Minor trouble shooting of computers, chromebooks and interactive boards
• Lead and support emergency drills
o Fire
o Tornado
o Intruder
• Work with the administration on short and long range improvements
• Attend and support the advisory council
• Support Accreditation inspections and documentations
• Maintain the safety security systems
o Door and gate locks
o Fire monitor systems
o Sprinkler systems
o AED inspections
o Asbestos inspections
