Job Description

Presently, we are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic who will be responsible for the general maintenance and caretaking of the facilities and grounds. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. A summarized list of responsibilities are listed below:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities using appropriate hand tools and equipment.
• Prepare conference rooms for events/meetings; break down conference rooms at the conclusion of meetings; stores furniture and equipment.
• Detect and report defective materials, structural problems, and any unsafe or questionable conditions to the Director.
• Maintain facilities, grounds and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety regulations; utilizes/wears safety gear and protective equipment as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Work Schedule -40 hours per week

Pay Range $23 per hour
