We're looking for a Marketing Operations & Campaign Strategy Manager to build and lead Newman Ministry's digital growth systems and campaign infrastructure-from CRM automation to donor engagement to Faith Forward events and rallies.

Position Overview
The Marketing Operations & Campaign Strategy Manager develops and manages the systems that drive growth throughout Newman Ministry.

This role owns marketing automation, campaign execution, lead-generation infrastructure, and CRM data governance across all initiatives, including the Called platform and Newman Connection. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Social Media Manager to increase platform adoption, grow donor engagement, and expand the Faith Forward movement's reach.

You operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution-turning ideas into campaigns and campaigns into measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do:

CRM Management and Marketing Automation
-Own HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, sequences, email campaigns, and managing the lifecycle stage.
-Build and maintain up-to-date scoring models and segmentation plans.
-Create automated nurture campaigns for potential customers, donors, and partners.
-Own CRM data integrity, structure, and governance
-Define and manage the full marketing lifecycle from first touch to conversion
-Ensure marketing and sales teams are operating from a single source of truth

Campaign Strategy & Execution
-Translate marketing strategy into executable campaigns
-Build and launch landing pages, forms, emails, and workflows
-Support campaigns for SaaS growth (Called) and donor/partner engagement (Newman Connection)
-Own campaign tracking, attribution, and ROI measurements.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
-Develop and deploy lead magnets and landing pages designed to drive conversion
-Optimize form capture, lead flows, and conversion paths across all channels
-Use A/B testing and iteration to continuously improve campaign performance
-Monitor lead and sales pipelines and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Marketing Data & Reporting
-Build and maintain CRM dashboards and performance reports that support outreach, development, product, and marketing
-Track campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and funnel performance
-Offer insights and recommendations to boost marketing performance.
-Ensure that tracking marketing attribution is effective for all channels and campaigns.

Collaboration Across Teams
-Work closely with the Director of Marketing to put marketing plans into action
-Work with internal teams like IT, outreach, development, product, and leadership to make sure that systems and integrations work well
-Help the social media manager by linking campaigns to lead generation and marketing automation

What You Need To Get the Job Done:
-2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automation
-Experience managing HubSpot for marketing automation
-Strong understanding of CRM systems, data segmentation, demand generation funnels, and marketing workflows
-Experience building landing pages, forms, and email campaigns
-Ability to run several projects and campaigns at the same time
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to read marketing data and make things better
-Excellent organization and documentation skills.

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You:
-Experience working in SaaS, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
-Familiarity with donor engagement or nonprofit marketing funnels
-Experience with lead scoring, sales pipelines, managing the stages of a customer's life cycle, and marketing attribution models
-Understanding of Google Tag Manager, website integrations, or analytics tools
-Experience managing multi-brand or multi-audience marketing campaigns
