Job Description

We are seeking a marketing manager to join our team of Catholic marketers motivated to serve our clients and share their missions with wider audiences. The marketing manager have three primary responsibilities with our broader Marketing Department:

To be a liaison with clients to best assess their needs and coordinate project deliverables such as paid advertisements, lead generation campaigns, print materials, social media strategy and more.
To serve as a project manager for these same clients-candidates must be a detail-focused, team player who is interested in increasing their marketing knowledge and skillset
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, this position will also be required to serve as the primary point of contact and lead on strategy and execution for a portion of the clients we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the strategy and setup of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards and marketing analytics reports.
• Guide copywriters and designers to craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant digital channels.
• Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
• Manage projects according to scope and deadline
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
• "Own" the client-vendor relationship between Fuzati and select clients, developing the marketing strategy, facilitating the execution-all while achieving client goals and ensuring their satisfaction with Fuzati.
• Participating in and/or leading meetings with the client

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising
• Knowledge and campaign execution of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google and Youtube), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and more), retargeting platforms, and content distribution and placement networks.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince. You will connect with clients as well as manage relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible.
• Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish across multiple teams
• Experience in leading client relationships, developing strategic plans and executing upon those plans
• Detail-oriented approach to all elements of work

This can be a remote position, but preference will be given for a candidate willing to work within our Athens, GA office alongside our VP of Marketing or our Eastlake, OH office with our Creative Team. If relocation is required, it does not need to happen immediately upon hiring, however it would be expected within the first 12 months of your employment.
