Job Description

St. Thomas More is seeking a faith filled, mission centered Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Coordinator to guide, form, and shepherd our Level I-III atria. Rooted in the life of the Church and the Montessori tradition, this ministry invites children into a profound encounter with the Good Shepherd. The coordinator will provide prayerful leadership, thoughtful organization, and pastoral care so that every child may grow in holiness, wonder, and intimacy with Christ through the CGS method.
•Must have prior experience as a CGS catechist, preferably at least 3 years' experience
•Preferably certified and experienced as a catechist in Levels 1-3.
•Desirable to have prior experience managing/coordinating a CGS program at the parish level.
•Be a fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043).
•Refrain from promotion or approval of, or the living out of, any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause scandal in relationship to, the Archdiocese of Denver, or considered to be in contradiction with Catholic doctrine or morals.
