Located near the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe, Saint Clare's Tahoe is seeking a full-time Upper School Operations and Athletic Director.

Saint Clare's Tahoe operates a lower school, St. Clare's Montessori and an upper school, Saint Clare's Classical. St. Clare's is an independent Catholic school in the Diocese of Reno, in its eighth year of operation, serving fifty students. Inspired by Saint Clare's love of the eucharist with school-wide participation in weekly mass and adoration, our mission is to help students know the Truth, love the Good and grow into the fullness of their created potential.

We are looking for a candidate with a devout Catholic faith, strong leadership, and a joyful charisma who can inspire youth and help grow our community. The candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church.

This position entails taking on a number of roles in our small school community. As Operations director, this position includes overseeing the smooth functioning and logistics of our upper school, managing class loads and scheduling, working towards accreditation as well as teaching where needed. As Athletics director, this position includes coaching and recruiting students as well as expanding our current sports offerings. The position also entails assisting the class with a variety of weekly engagements including adoration, community service, overseeing the student-run coffee shop, outdoor adventures, woodworking and more!

Pay is competitive and based on experience and education. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are offered to all full-time employees.
