Job Description

Position: Long-Term Substitute Teacher (NJ P-3)
Location: Our Lady of Good Counsel School - Moorestown, NJ

Our Lady of Good Counsel School, a vibrant Catholic school community in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Teacher for our early childhood grades. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, faith-based learning environment that supports the spiritual, academic, and social development of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction following school curriculum guidelines.

Maintain a positive, structured, and caring classroom environment.

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support student learning and well-being.

Uphold the Catholic mission and values of Our Lady of Good Counsel School.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

NJ Teaching Certificate preferred.

Prior classroom teaching experience (especially in early childhood or elementary grades) strongly preferred.

Successful background check and fingerprinting required before employment.

Schedule: Full-time, temporary (long-term substitute position).
