Rescuing lives from the destruction of abortion, one campaign at a time.
Why this role exists
Life Advancement Group exists to reach women who are considering abortion and connect them with the pregnancy care and resources that will empower them to choose life. Our vision is a nation where every woman considering abortion has a direct path to that care. Our mission is rescuing lives from the destruction of abortion.
Digital outreach is how we reach her. It's the bloodline of this organization. Every month, Life Advancement Group connects thousands of women considering abortion with pregnancy care, and it happens because someone is in the ad accounts making sure her search leads to us instead of somewhere else. This position plays a direct, integral role in that number. Grow the campaigns, sharpen the targeting, tighten the conversion tracking, and you grow the number of women who find help instead of falling through the cracks. This isn't a support function to the mission. It is the mission, executed one keyword and one ad at a time.
Is this you?
You've spent years in the weeds of paid search, Google Ads, Bing Ads, bid strategies, conversion tracking, the whole stack, and you're good at it. But you're also the person your last team looked to when things needed direction, not just execution. You've mentored people, run the meetings, caught the mistakes before they became expensive, and built the systems that made everyone else's work better.
You want your analytical skill and your leadership instinct to add up to something bigger than a better CTR. Here, they do. The campaigns you optimize and the team you lead are the reason a woman searching for help at 2am finds Life Advancement Group's partner centers first.
Position Objective
The Digital Marketing Specialist & Team Lead is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across search engine platforms while providing leadership and strategic direction for the digital marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of SEM strategy, excellent analytical skill, and a passion for measurable results, combined with the ability to oversee team workflows, mentor junior specialists, and keep the team aligned with organizational goals.
Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000. Full-time salary. Final offer depends on experience, skill level, and role scope.
Benefits
16 days PTO and paid holidays
Flexible hybrid/remote workspace
Employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, health insurance and vision coverage
401k match
