Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Position Summary
FADICA-Catholic Philanthropy Network supports and advances informed, collaborative, and impactful giving to support a vital Catholic Church and the common good. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications across our two core services: (1) Funder Membership, (2) a new Digital Philanthropy App experience.

The Marketing Manager is a hands-on, implementation role. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and participation across FADICA's programs and digital platforms. The Manager will lead brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, and analytics to support member recruitment, the launch and growth of our new digital philanthropy app.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for FADICA's three core services.

• Lead brand positioning and messaging to advance FADICA's mission and visibility.

• Oversee digital marketing, including website, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.

• Support marketing and adoption strategies for Funder Membership and the Digital Philanthropy App Experience.

• Manage marketing analytics, reporting, and data driven optimization.

• Ensure consistent brand standards across all platforms and communications.

• Lead multimedia content production across video, audio, graphics, and social platforms.

• Repackage long-form content such as reports, interviews, webinars, and event recordings into short, engaging pieces (reels, clips, infographics, quotes, carousels, newsletters, etc.).

• Create micro-content that elevates FADICA's mission, such as short videos, audiograms, social graphics, animations, and thought-leadership snippets.

• Develop scalable content systems for turning in-person events, annual meetings, and app activity into ongoing digital storytelling assets.

• Manage contractors or vendors who assist with video production, editing, animation, or design.

• Maintain a consistent visual and narrative identity across all multimedia expressions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or communications.

• Demonstrated success in developing, implementing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Experience with digital platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.

• Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling messages.

• Familiarity with philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, or Catholic ministries is strongly preferred.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to FADICA meetings and events.

Comprehensive coverage for employee healthcare, vision, and dental at 100%.

15 days paid vacation, and 70 hours of sick time.
Generous benefit of 14 paid holidays.
