Mount St. Mary's Seminary & School of Theology (MTSM) is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Director of the Annual Fund to join our Development team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of our annual giving program-connecting donors to the life-changing work of forming future priests, deacons, and lay leaders for the Catholic Church.

This is more than a fundraising job. It's an invitation to shape the future of the Church.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive a multi-year plan to grow both annual fund revenue and donor participation
• Design and implement targeted, multi-channel appeals (print, email, social, etc.) that inspire action
• Personally manage a portfolio of mid-to-major annual donors, including Bishop Fenwick Society members ($1,000+)
• Collaborate with leadership, faculty, and staff to elevate the impact of our mission
• Analyze data, evaluate results, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed annual goals

What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant fundraising or nonprofit experience
• Demonstrated success in face-to-face donor engagement and solicitation
• Strong writing skills and an eye for donor data and trends
• Creative thinking and drive to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Deep respect for the mission of the Catholic Church and Catholic formation
