Job Description

Director of Admissions & Development Needed

Summary:
Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Guadalupe, a joyfully Catholic, classical high school, seeks a Director of Admissions & Development to implement and lead recruitment, admissions, and fundraising efforts in support of school operations. A key member of Chesterton Academy's leadership team, the Director serves as an important representative with current and prospective parents, donors and the greater community, as well as providing the branding and marketing to attract new students and supporters.

Qualifications:
Possess an understanding of the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise and share with the greater community.
Help develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Headmaster and the Board of Directors.
Professional development experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience with Donor software. Little Green Light software preferred.
Outstanding computer and technical skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to work under pressure.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education.
