About Us
We are a growing, international Catholic organization dedicated to equipping all Catholics, especially youth ministers, Catholic schools, Hispanic communities, and families, with resources to help Catholics discover their God-given charisms, deepen their faith, and embrace their unique role in the Body of Christ. Our team is passionate, mission-driven, and rooted in Catholic teaching, creating a culture that is Christ-centered, family-friendly, and supportive of personal and spiritual growth.
About the Role
We're seeking a bilingual Youth and Hispanic Ministry Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and Catholic high schools, parishes, and youth ministries, as well as all our Hispanic community clients. In this role, you'll engage with clients in English and Spanish to understand their needs, recommend tailored packages from our charism education and implementation resources, and help them implement programs that transform their ministries. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for Catholic youth ministry and Hispanic ministry, a strong understanding of charisms, exceptional administrative skills, an outgoing personality, and a desire to help others grow closer to Christ.
Many Parts Ministries is becoming a bilingual ministry, and this role is at the center of that work. You'll help shape how we serve Hispanic Catholics: which resources we offer in Spanish, how they're adapted, and how they reach the communities who need them. You'll also take on light translation and editing, reviewing and polishing Spanish drafts that have already been prepared. You won't be asked to translate resources from scratch.
You'll work 10-15 hours per week as part of a tight-knit, international team that values collaboration, communication, and shared mission. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility for family life and other commitments.
Responsibilities
Take sales calls, in English and Spanish, with Catholic youth ministers, high school and Catholic school leaders, Hispanic ministry leaders, and other ministry professionals.
Listen carefully to clients' needs, challenges, and goals to offer personalized guidance.
Build authentic relationships with ministry leaders, demonstrating genuine care for their mission and success.
Recommend appropriate packages and resources from our charism-based programs.
Share the value of our resources in helping teens and Spanish-speaking Catholics discover their charisms and deepen their connection to the Church.
Close sales by providing clear, compassionate guidance and follow-up communication.
Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and excited to implement our resources.
Manage the administrative aspects of the sales and communications with your clients.
Help architect our resources for Hispanic Catholics, advising on what to offer in Spanish, how to adapt it, and how to reach Spanish-speaking parishes and communities.
Provide light translation and editing: review and polish Spanish drafts already prepared for our resources, pages, and client communications. (No translating from scratch.)
Bring feedback from Spanish-speaking clients back to the team so our Spanish-language resources keep improving.
Collaborate with our team to provide the best possible experience for clients.
Work closely with other team members to share insights, feedback, and ideas for improving our offerings.
Participate in weekly team meetings, training, and ongoing formation to deepen your understanding of charisms, youth ministry, and Hispanic ministry.
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic teaching, charisms, and the mission of the Church.
Passion for youth ministry and Hispanic ministry, and for helping teens and adults discover their God-given gifts.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead a sales call, write professional emails, and present resources comfortably in both languages.
A good editor's eye in Spanish: able to catch errors, smooth awkward phrasing, and make sure a translation reads naturally to Spanish-speaking Catholics.
Familiarity with Hispanic Catholic communities and ministry, including the culture and spirituality of Spanish-speaking parishes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen deeply and respond thoughtfully.
Prior experience in administration, sales, customer service, or ministry-related roles is a plus.
Confidence in presenting and recommending resources while maintaining a mission-first, service-oriented approach.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups each week.
Competent at independent writing and administrative tasks.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a supportive, family-friendly team culture.
Comfortable working with an international team across time zones and communicating virtually.
What We Offer
A mission-driven, Christ-centered work environment rooted in Catholic teaching.
A flexible remote schedule to accommodate family and personal commitments.
Competitive base pay with commission on sales to reward your success.
Opportunities for ongoing spiritual and professional development, including formation in charisms and Catholic leadership.
The chance to make an eternal impact by connecting ministries with tools that help teens and Spanish-speaking Catholics grow in faith and discover their unique role in the Body of Christ.
If you're passionate about youth ministry, Hispanic ministry, charisms, and helping others grow closer to God, we'd love to hear from you. Join our mission-driven team and help us equip ministries, schools, and Hispanic communities to form the next generation of disciples.
