Job AnnouncementDirector of Enrollment and Recruitment
Job Summary
This position holds primary responsibility for growth in student enrollment, and plays a vital role in advancing the school mission. The person in this position works closely with the President and the Director of Development to recruit new families and students through marketing and enrollment management. The position proactively identifies, cultivates, and engages families leading to the enrollment of students at the school. This is an outward-facing position which requires tact, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills with people of all ages.

Primary Duties
1. Work with the President, the development team, and the academic team to create a comprehensive recruiting and marketing plan with the goal of increasing enrollment
2. Collaborate with others to strategically market the school through advertisement, online, social media, and in-person events
3. Oversee enrollment process from inquiry to new students' first day of school
4. Oversee re-enrollment for current families
5. Ensure smooth enrollment processes for families
6. Manage financial aid awards
7. Prepare annual development budget
Secondary Duties
1. Regularly post updates on social media accounts
2. Release the weekly Karol's Corner newsletter
3. Assist in the planning and execution of the annual fundraising Gala
4. Other duties as assigned by the President
Physical Requirements
1. Work is performed while standing, sitting, or walking
2. Requires ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
3. Requires ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 30 pounds
Mental Requirements
1. Able to follow instructions
2. Able to work in a noisy, chaotic environment

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Practice of the Catholic faith in compliance with the teachings of Scripture, the Magisterium, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church
3. Willingness to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church
Desired Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in an area related to Marketing and Communications
2. Experience in a school setting
