Coordinator of Residential Recruitment
Aquinas Institute of Theology - St. Louis, MO
Position Summary

The Coordinator of Residential Recruitment drives enrollment growth for the on-campus MDiv, MA, and MAPS programs through data-informed recruitment strategy, pipeline management, and financial aid optimization. This role owns the full recruitment funnel and works cross-functionally to improve conversion, yield, and enrollment outcomes.
Reports to: Vice President/Academic Dean
Status: Full-time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the admissions funnel from inquiry through matriculation
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies (digital, event-based, referral networks)
• Track KPIs including inquiries, applications, admit rate, yield, and enrollment trends
• Evaluate applicants and recommend admission decisions
• Partner with Financial Aid Committee to align institutional aid with enrollment goals
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement measurable, multi-channel campaigns
• Deliver regular enrollment reports and forecasting analysis

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years experience in admissions, recruitment, or enrollment operations
• Strong CRM/database and data reporting skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Higher education experience preferred
