Job Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen St. Joseph Partners' digital presence and brand authority across multiple platforms.Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and curating content, repurposing webinars, interviews, and market updates into engaging social media posts, managing and scheduling content across all social platforms, maintaining the monthly content calendar, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, analyzing social media performance metrics, and fostering meaningful online interactions.
This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, educational mission, webinar promotions, affiliate initiatives, and broader campaign objectives. The following month's content calendar is expected to be completed by the 25th of each month to allow time for review, editing, approval, and scheduling.
Qualifications
-Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization
-Proficiency in content strategy, video editing, and content creation
-Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills
-Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for improved engagement and reach
-Knowledge of industry trends and emerging social media platforms
-Proficiency with content creation and scheduling tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Monday.com, and Opus Clip
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a monthly content calendar
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
