Job Description

A professional with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and organized.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain and maintain working knowledge of: MA CORI Procedures; SAFIS procedures; RCAB CORI policy.
Assist in processing fingerprinting and National Sex Offender checks as needed.
Data entry & filing.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality for all information learned in the course of the job.
Assist in processing incoming & outgoing mail.
Create and update forms ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to become a Certified SAFIS-R User for CHRI access and complete FBI Level 4 CJIS Security Training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel in particular).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and follow through with tasks to their completion, seeking help with overcoming obstacles when necessary.
High level of accuracy with data entry.
Strong organizational skills.

PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS:
Ability to use a computer keyboard for up to 8 hours/day.
Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
