Job Description
The Office Manager carries out his responsibilities with the awareness that he is above all an apostle of Christ, especially with his testimony of faith, virtuous personal life, and professional dedication to the mission entrusted to him/her.Goal:
To manage the school office, serve as a lead for parent volunteers, and communicate with parents and prospective families. With increasing professionalism and with excellence, maintains a high level of confidentiality such that throughout the process, the school will radiate a strong spirit of faith and charity.
Position:
Accountable to Principal
This position requires a professional demeanor with integrity, honesty, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Office Manager provides administrative support to the Principal; manages numerous tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, while prioritizing communications from internal and external sources. The Office Manager is responsible for record management; communication with parents, staff, and prospective families; distribution of incoming calls including follow up; admissions processing and filing; ordering and inventorying of supplies; and other duties as assigned supporting the principal.
The Office Manager maintains a clean, orderly, serene office. The Office Manager maintains kind, thorough, and effective communication with a high level of respect and a sense of confidentiality.
