Job Description

The Tribunal Coordinator assists the Chancellor and Tribunal office by organizing and supporting all Tribunal functions, including coordinating marriage case workflow, tracking deadlines, issuing correspondence, assisting with interviews, managing case database; transcribes and reviews auto-generated depositions; assists Judicial Vicar to review pre-nuptial documentation; serves as ecclesiastical notary for the diocese; gathers and reports data to Vatican and Bishop; prepares clergy Testimonial and Faculties letters; Required Qualifications: demonstrated respect for Catholic Church teachings; three years progressively responsible office experience; proficient in Microsoft office 365, Outlook and database software; strict confidentiality; multitasking; work; independently and collaboratively; bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; review of applications begins April 13, 2026; position starts May 1, 2026
