Job Description
Director of Youth Ministry and Confirmation - Directs a junior and senior high youth ministry program that provides faith and stewardship formation and involves youth in all aspects of the faith and parish life: liturgical, social, educational, and service, seeking to form the intellectual, spiritual, human, and pastoral development of parish youth through the use of small discipleship groups and larger group activities, as well as a Confirmation program. Recruits, trains, and supervises parish youth ministry volunteers, catechists, and aides. Collaborates with other parish staff.
