Job Description
St. Ann Catholic Parish is seeking a passionate Director of Youth Ministry to serve middle and high school students and their families. This part-time role (approx. 29 hours/week) invites a faith-filled leader to foster discipleship, create a welcoming community, and provide opportunities for prayer, service, and spiritual growth.Responsibilities include:
•Leading programs, retreats, and service opportunities for grades 6-12
•Recruiting and supporting volunteers
•Teaching and witnessing the Catholic faith
•Collaborating with parish staff on faith formation goals
•Engaging youth and families in parish and community life
Qualifications:
•Practicing Catholic in good standing
•Bachelor's in Theology, Catechetics, or related field (or relevant experience)
•Experience working with youth and strong communication/organizational skills
•Ability to inspire, lead, and accompany young people in their faith journey
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
