Job Description

St. Mary School is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Assistant Principal and Teacher. The school is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven leader who is committed to the values of Catholic education and the spiritual and academic formation of every student. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic, supporting and upholding the philosophy of Catholic education and the Mission of the school, able to foster academic excellence, cultivate a vibrant Catholic culture, and maintain a structured and respectful learning environment.

The Assistant Principal plays a critical role in the effective leadership of the school by supporting the principal and collaborating with parish leadership to ensure sound academic and financial operations. This includes overseeing curriculum implementation, upholding standards for student behavior and discipline, and contributing to the long-term fiscal health of the school through responsible financial management. Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in school administration education, business administration or a related field preferred.
