Job Description

The Communications and Media Coordinator for the Dominican Province of St. Martin de Porres coordinates all internal and external communication for the province aligned with its mission and brand. The coordinator serves as a member of an advancement team to centralize communication representing the province especially in coordination with its development and vocations promotion. The coordinator reports to the Prior Provincial and regularly interacts with the chair of the province communications committee.

Essential Job Functions of the Coordinator

• Strategic Communications
To develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to advance the Province's mission, identity, and priorities through coordinated internal external communications in newsletters, website, and social media.

• Website Management
To serve as the primary content manager for the province website in consultation with the Chair of the Province Communications Committee.

• Marketing and Development
To develop and execute a province-wide marketing plan that communicates the Province's mission, charism, and value to diverse audiences.

• Content Creation and Media Production
To create and manage content that supports and integrates the province's communications, development, and vocation initiatives.

• Analytics and Reporting
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications initiatives and provide regular reports to provincial leadership.
