This role ensures that our customers and followers receive timely, relevant, and inspiring content across platforms - reinforcing the brand voice and driving ongoing engagement that leads to sustained customer relationships and sales. It serves as a bridge between our strategic marketing plans and the customer-facing communications that nurture loyalty.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Execution: Build, QA, and deploy marketing emails for various Trinity Road brands as scheduled - including promotional newsletters, product announcements, and automated drip campaigns, ensuring accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/Pinterest) to engage our community with faith-filled content, product features, and seasonal messages. Monitor comments and messages, responding or escalating as appropriate to maintain a positive brand presence.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with the creative team and copywriters to gather or create images, graphics, and copy for emails and social posts. Ensure consistency in tone and style so that communications reflect the Catholic voice and values of each brand.
- Calendar & Cross-Team Collaboration: Follow the marketing calendar and collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Leader to coordinate email sends and social posts around key campaigns, sales, and liturgical events. Make sure campaigns on different channels complement each other for an integrated customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily and weekly email and social media metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, follower engagement, etc.). Compile basic reports on campaign performance and share insights or recommendations with the team to improve future content and scheduling.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Assist in executing A/B tests on subject lines, email content, or posting times on social media. Help identify what content resonates best with our audience and suggest adjustments to improve engagement.
- Customer Engagement Support: Coordinate with Customer Service when needed to address customer questions or issues that surface on social media or via email replies. Ensure that our responses are prompt, helpful, and in line with our customer care standards.
Knowledge / Critical Skills:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their management tools (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer), including understanding of best practices for posting and engagement on each channel.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail to ensure all communications are error-free and on-message. Ability to adapt writing style to fit different brands and formats (from a reverent devotional tone to a friendly promotional tone).
- Good organizational and time-management skills - capable of juggling multiple deadlines and maintaining an organized content calendar for email and social campaigns.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and analytical skills to interpret engagement data. Comfortable with spreadsheets or dashboards to track results and identify trends.
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills for collaborating across departments (design, content, merchandising); able to take direction and also proactively communicate any issues or ideas for improvement.
- Knowledge of Catholic culture and seasons is a plus, ensuring that content is appropriate to the liturgical calendar and meaningful to our audience.
